I offer counselling services to the Greater Kingston area in person and across Ontario remotely (via phone or secure video platform). My goal is for you to live a more peaceful and balanced life and to learn coping strategies to carry with you after counselling is completed.
My age range for clients is 16 years and up. I do not provide counselling to the under 16 age group or Couples Counselling.
Anxiety is a condition that can paralyze people in their day-to-day activities. I will help you to identify what makes you anxious and we will work together to develop coping skills that you can use to live a less anxious life.
Substance Use / Addiction Counselling
Often people who engage in substance abuse are trying to mask some form of pain from their past. I will work with you to help you adopt a harm-reduction approach to substance abuse or complete abstinence.
Depression Or Mood Disorders
I have experienced the myriad of issues that face LGBTQ clients over the span of life. Whether it is coming-out challenges, relations with family and friends, pursuing and maintaining a long-term relationship, or navigating the waters of being single are all areas where I can assist you.
